OAXIS EB-S601 awarded IF design award China 2009 :

The OAXIS ebook reader is designed to emulate the experience of reading a book, its interface is made to feel like handling a printed book. As we would intuitively run through text with our fingers as we read. The interface adopts this habit, organizing the ebook's menu and content in indexes; thus users would habitually run his finger along the index and press on the corresponding button to make a selection.

The iF design award china, which was first run in 2003, is a competition for all areas of product design in the Greater China region. This competition acknowledges the continuous economic growth in this region and the increasing awareness of outstanding design that comes with it.
